Who we are

After almost 30 years living on the Upper West Side in New York City, David and I moved to my hometown Chattanooga to start a new phase of life. With Bonne Essen we hope to combine my love of the southern culture of Sunday supper with our experience in dining at the world’s most celebrated restaurants. Whether it Jean George in NYC or a Michelin star restaurant in remote Tuscany there is one consistent; fresh ingredients. That is what we wish to bring to you. Along with deliciousness and a passion for cooking!
